We have a successful track record acting as project manager, contract administrator and employers agent on office refurbishment and fitout, industrial refurbishments and new build projects. We act as the clients ‘right hand man’ leading the project from inception to completion allowing them to focus on their business. Typically our service includes:-

Warehouse strip out and reconfigure, Sevenoaks, Kent - 2023

We are project managing the refurbishment of a 2,000 sqft warehouse. The project involves the re-configuration of the internal layout.

Office Building Refurbishment - Borough Green, Kent - 2019

We are administering the £200,000 office refurbishment of a period office building in Borough Green, Kent. This project involves the re-design of the internal layout and provision of disabled toilets and w.c. to meet the demands of modern tenants.

Office floor fitout, Kent House, London W1 - 2019

We are project managing the fitout of Barratt Develoment's 10,000 sqft head office in Kent House, Market Square, London W1. This project involves the re-design of the internal layout to provide modern office space with board and meeting rooms.

Office building fitout, Great Park Court, Bristol - 2019

We project managed the fitout of David Wilson Homes 12,000 sqft office building on the outskirts of Bristol. The works were delivered on programme and to budget and included co-ordination of third party works, furniture installation and office move.

Wharehouse, Kings Lynn, Northfolk - 2018

We specified and tendered the works to a 110,000 sqft warehouse £200,000 refurbishment project of a distribution warehouse on the outskirts of Kings Lynn. This project involved roof and cladding repairs, internal repair and redecoration to prepare the unit for a new incoming tenant.

Roof works - Chapter House, Reigate - 2017

We administered the £60,000 overcladding of the defective parapets of an office building in Reigate. The works were delivered on programme and to budget

Cladding Repairs, Nucleus House, Richmond - 2017

We administered the £70,000 remedial repair works to an office building in Richmond, on programme and to budget
