We project managed the fitout of David Wilson Homes 12,000 sqft office building on the outskirts of Bristol. The works were delivered on programme and to budget and included co-ordination of third party works, furniture installation and office move.

Office Building Refurbishment - Borough Green, Kent - 2019

We are administering the £200,000 office refurbishment of a period office building in Borough Green, Kent. This project involves the re-design of the internal layout and provision of disabled toilets and w.c.  to meet the demands of modern tenants.

We are project managing the fitout of Barratt Develoment's 10,000 sqft head office in Kent House, Market Square, London W1. This project involves the re-design of the internal layout to provide modern office space with board and meeting rooms.

Wharehouse, Kings Lynn, Northfolk - 2018

We specified and tendered the works to a 110,000 sqft warehouse £200,000 refurbishment project of a distribution warehouse on the outskirts of Kings Lynn. This project involved roof and cladding repairs, internal repair and redecoration to prepare the unit for a new incoming tenant.
