The case came to court in 2014 ( 2014 Judgement ) and the appeal was heard in 2016 (See PDF of judgement here)

The tenant’s appeal was allowed and the tenant’s claim was settled below their initial P36 offer (at around the figure originally offered to the Landlord in 2011) and the landlord payed both sides costs. Written and oral evidence
